These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Screenery website and your purchase of tickets or participation in events organised, presented or facilitated by Screenery. By accessing the website or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. About Screenery
Screenery provides movie-based entertainment and experiential events, including outdoor, indoor and other forms of film screenings and related experiences. Individual events may be organised at different venues and may be subject to venue-specific rules.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets purchased through the Screenery website or authorised ticketing partners are subject to the event details displayed at the time of purchase, applicable ticket price and taxes, event-specific cancellation/refund policy, venue rules and these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.
3. Ticket Transfer and Resale
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular event, tickets may not be resold or commercially transferred without Screenery’s written permission. Screenery may cancel tickets obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised or deceptive means.
4. Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Screenery does not control the operation, availability or security systems of third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of the payment gateway.
If money has been debited from your account but your booking has not been confirmed, contact Screenery using the website contact details. Screenery will verify the transaction and process the booking/refund in accordance with applicable procedures.
5. Payment Security and Fraudulent Transactions
You are responsible for keeping your account, email address, phone number, OTPs, passwords, payment credentials and booking information secure.
If you notice an unauthorised transaction, immediately contact Screenery and the relevant payment provider.
Screenery will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from the customer’s voluntary disclosure of OTPs, passwords or payment credentials, or from unauthorised use caused by the customer’s own actions or negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Refund Policy
IF YOU HAVE A GRIEVANCE OR ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE SHOW, CONTACT US WITHIN 24HOURS AFTER COMPLETION OF SHOW AND WE WILL ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. REQUEST AFTER 24HOURS WILL BE REJECTED.
Screenery wants every guest to have a positive experience. If you are dissatisfied with your screening experience or have a genuine grievance regarding the show, please contact [support@screenery.in] with your booking details. We will issue a refund without requiring an extensive explanation or justification.
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the booking and may be subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment gateway. This refund commitment does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation
Screenery may, where reasonably necessary, modify event timing, venue, format, screening arrangements or other event details due to venue restrictions, technical issues, weather, safety concerns, government or regulatory restrictions, force majeure events, film/content availability or other circumstances beyond Screenery’s reasonable control.
Where an event is cancelled, the applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated to ticket holders.
8. Venue Rules
Ticket holders must comply with the rules and policies of the venue. Screenery and/or the venue may refuse admission or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, security, unlawful conduct, disruption or violation of venue rules, subject to applicable law.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for personal belongings brought to an event. Screenery shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except to the extent caused by Screenery’s negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Customer Conduct

Engage in abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour.

Damage venue property or Screenery equipment.

Engage in unlawful activity.

Interfere with the event or screening.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas.

Engage in conduct that creates a safety risk to other attendees.
11. Photography and Recording
Screenery or its authorised partners may photograph, film or record events for documentation, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. Where required, appropriate notices or consent mechanisms may be provided at the event.
12. Intellectual Property
All Screenery branding, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, text and other materials provided by Screenery are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Film content screened at events remains subject to the rights of relevant copyright owners and licensors.
13. Website Use

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website.

Introduce malicious software.

Interfere with website operations.

Use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission.

Use the website for fraudulent purposes.

Use the website in violation of applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
Screenery may use third-party services including payment gateways, ticketing platforms, communication providers, analytics providers and technology platforms. Availability and operation of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Screenery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Force Majeure
Screenery shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, governmental restrictions, civil disturbances, technical infrastructure failures, strikes, epidemics, venue closures or other force majeure events.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Screenery against losses, claims, damages or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent conduct, violation of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent statutory authorities, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
